Riddle of the Day List
A list of our seven most recent riddles, originally written by Ridella.

Here is a list of the seven most recent riddles from Ridella.
Descending slowly with grace,
No two of us with the same face,
Not a bird, but I flutter down,
Covering fields, roofs, and the town.
Born from earth, hardened by flame,
With many twins all made the same,
Six flat sides, solid and coarse,
Layer by layer becomes something more.
Journey from a darkened space,
Where joy or tears may grace your face,
Countless stories seen by scene,
Shadows dancing on a screen.
Pulls thrill-seekers across waves,
Dances in coordinated ballets,
Rises to child's delight,
Tethered to a string held tight.
I run swift but never tire,
To many men, a most valued supplier,
A silver ribbon spanning land,
Nurtured by rain, shaping the sand.
Neither bird nor beast, yet I can sing,
A shrill call or a soft, sweet ring,
Announcing time throughout the day,
In towers high, I swing and sway.
