Riddle of the Day List

With stud, but no wall,

Or hoop, but no ball,

I shine, I dangle, I sway,

In a premade puncture lay.

Woven web with wisdom,

Carbon computer system,

Read this riddle, give it a tease,

Sip a slushie and it may freeze.

The longer I live, the shorter I grow,

An ancient tool with a gentle glow,

A fleeting life, can be killed by a breeze,

But can be brought back to life with ease.

Through my canal waves come,

And then strike against a drum,

So you may know what is near,

Keep you upright, but do not steer.

Shreds, wedge, disc, and cube,

Are a few forms I can assume,

Describes issues too hot to touch,

Or one who's on a couch too much.

The earliest gets a treat,

Symbol of a life free,

Known to have the best view,

With one stone you may kill two.
